Aberdeen Community Food Bank

and Hoquiam Food and Clothing Bank

Their Mission:
To gather, purchase and distribute food, clothing and related items to persons in need, since Covid, anyone from anywhere can access the Food Bank. To assist other food banks in Grays Harbor County, that qualify, when sufficient funds, food or clothing is available.

Their 2023 distribution included 7,500 families and provided 300,000 pounds of food in Hoquiam alone.

Playing in the Putt Putt Pub Crawl will help strengthen our community by supporting those in need. Giving to our Aberdeen and Hoquiam neighbors, and having a bit of fun!

GOLF SCHEDULE

10:30 - 11:00

Registrations and team box pickup at assigned bar hole.

11:00 - 11:30

Shotgun Start! Yes, you should shotgun a beer. Then play may commence on your starting hole

11:45 - 12:15

Move to your next location! See scorecard for options. You need to travel as a team, but not as a group.

12:30 - 4:00

Complete the rest of your holes, and meet at the 19th Hole Party!

4:30pm

Official End of the Tournament! We'll tally the scores, while you watch the end of the Masters Tourney. Prizes will be awarded.

Have some questions?

Will food and drinks be served at the businesses?

Yes! All partner businesses will offer their menu items for sale. Pimento cheese sandwiches anyone?

Are there shuttle services?

There will be a trolley looping around the course. Hop on, hop off anywhere! Downtown Aberdeen and Hoquiam will all be walkable. But you may have a DD drive your foursome as well.

What if I don't golf?

It's Putt Putt, mini golf. It's literally a children's activity. You'll be alright. This is for charity, and NOT serious golf.

Each bar has a golf hole?

Yep. Each bar is crafting their very own mini golf hole, themed with their imagination! Par will be set by the Course Committee, and will be on your score cards and tee boxes.

What should I wear?

Each team is challenged to come up with the best "themed" golf costumes. There will be a Team Costume Contest! So go all out!

Will this even be fun?

It's going to be the best charity event Grays Harbor has ever seen. We hope to make this a yearly 'tournament', benefiting a new local charity every year!
